Arrived in Barcelona yesterday morning........great trip.  It couldn't have gone easier, pleasant thin seatmate, the wine was free and the sleeping pill worked.  For all of those who are joining me shortly the good news is the taxi trip from the airport was also a breeze.  Although when all was said and done it we 30E not 25E.  I spent yesterday eating and sleeping and not much more but set out today to figure out how to get myself connected with a cell phone and internet.  One thing is for sure, in situations like this nothing is ever done with just one trip to the store....hahaha.  I have an old Greek cell phone I'm trying to use but leave to those clever Greeks.....they locked it.  I found a guy that works through India somehow (?????) and can unlock it.  I had to leave it and pick it up tomorrow.....don't ask, I have no idea here I working on 'blind faith'!!  There are a couple of different options for the internet but I won't bore you with those.  It will take a few days but I'll get that all sorted out also.  For right now I am in the only place I could find that offers Wi-Fi to it's customers, Starbucks!  You have got to love Starbucks, although the place is jammed and the noise level is louder than a bar at closing time!! My most fun moment today was when I was trying to find the first Vodephone store, went around a corner and there I was in front of 'La Familia'.......it took my breath away!!  I should have my new phone number tomorrow and will send it off as soon as I get it.  No worries, everything is going great here!!
